Our handmade bags, hats, and accessories are lovingly crafted and shipped from The Hills District, NSW, Australia.
• Australian orders: 2-8 business days
• Express shipping: 1-4 business days ($5.00)
• Free standard shipping on orders over $100
Curated Collection ( Partner Brands):
Selected products from our curated collection, are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers to ensure the best quality and freshness.
Made to Order Items:
• Processing time: 7-14 business days before dispatch
• Plus standard shipping time-frames
• Shipping origin: Varies by supplier (may include international locations)
• Australian orders: 5-15 business days
• International orders: 10-25 business days
• Processing time: 2-5 business days before dispatch
Please note: Orders containing both handmade, made to order and curated items may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive tracking information for each shipment once dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to Australia, New Zealand, and select international destinations.
• New Zealand: 7-14 business days
• Other international: 10-30 business days depending on location and customs clearance
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes
All delivery time-frames are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Me Chavi ~ "Where Style Blossoms" is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Me Chavi ~ "Where Style Blossoms" is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
International Shipping
If you are shipping internationally, please be aware that:
- Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country
- You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance
